2024 Clinician Connection Conference: Ticket Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds for tickets purchased for the 2024 Clinician Connection Conference are available only if the request is made within 14 days of the ticket purchase date. Refund requests will not be entertained if they are submitted within 30 days prior to the start of the event.
Procedure for Requesting Refunds: To initiate a refund, the ticket holder must send a request via email to hello@clinicianconnection.net. The email must include the following details for the refund request to be processed:
- Full Name of the Ticket Holder
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Refund (optional but recommended for service improvement)
Upon receiving a refund request, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the ticket holder. This confirmation does not automatically guarantee a refund but confirms that the request is under review.
Processing of Refunds: Each refund request will be reviewed to ensure it meets the criteria stated in this policy. If granted, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed once the request has been approved.
General Terms: Tickets for the 2024 Clinician Connection Conference are non-transferable. Refund requests for tickets transferred to another individual will not be accepted. In the rare case of event cancelation or significant date change, separate terms for ticket refunds or exchanges will be provided.
