In this energizing session, Lisa Duez invites you to explore how self-awareness and feedback can transform communication, trust, and team connection. Through the lens of Johariâs Window, trauma-informed care, and systems thinking, youâll uncover whatâs within your circle of control and how to create workplaces that are psychologically safe, sustainable, and wellâfor both clinicians and clients.

Kick off Clinician Connection with an energizing keynote session designed to inspire and equip you for the year ahead. Throughout the day, youâll attend three engaging workshop sessions led by experienced clinicians, offering practical, evidence-based tools you can bring straight into your practice.

Enjoy a catered lunch with fellow attendees for a time to connect, collaborate, and recharge.

As the day winds down, youâll have the evening free to explore beautiful Virginia Beach, grab dinner with new colleagues, or simply unwind by the ocean.
Friday May 1
Friday begins with optional morning wellness sessions, offering space to reset before the dayâs learning begins. Enjoy a full breakfast buffet while connecting with fellow clinicians, then dive into two final workshop blocks filled with practical, clinically relevant content.

Take time for lunch on your own along the Virginia Beach oceanfront strip before returning for a meaningful closing session designed to help you integrate what youâve learned and leave feeling refreshed and connected.
