“Each Clinician Connection has been enlightening, energizing, and just downright fun. The atmosphere is serene and inviting, and Lisa and Chris have truly created what the name promises: real connection for clinicians. CCC is helping rebuild the sense of community our field has been missing.”

Michael Noll, LPC

“Attending Clinician Connection was an incredible experience. I earned valuable CE credits while connecting with fellow therapists. The workshops were insightful, evidence-based, and directly applicable to my practice. I left feeling recharged, more informed, and deeply connected.”

Tesa Mullins, LCSW

“I love how Lisa and Chris have created this space for both meaningful connection and high-quality CEs. Virginia Beach is a beautiful setting to meet other clinicians, learn something new, and genuinely enjoy the experience.”

KEYNOTE SESSION

LISA DUEZ, LCSW

What if leading well began with knowing yourself well? In this energizing session, Lisa Duez invites you to explore how self-awareness and feedback can transform communication, trust, and team connection. Through the lens of Johari’s Window, trauma-informed care, and systems thinking, you’ll uncover what’s within your circle of control and how to create workplaces that are psychologically safe, sustainable, and well—for both clinicians and clients.

Thursday April 30

Kick off Clinician Connection with an energizing keynote session designed to inspire and equip you for the year ahead. Throughout the day, you’ll attend three engaging workshop sessions led by experienced clinicians, offering practical, evidence-based tools you can bring straight into your practice.

Enjoy a catered lunch with fellow attendees for a time to connect, collaborate, and recharge.

As the day winds down, you’ll have the evening free to explore beautiful Virginia Beach, grab dinner with new colleagues, or simply unwind by the ocean.

Friday May 1

Friday begins with optional morning wellness sessions, offering space to reset before the day’s learning begins. Enjoy a full breakfast buffet while connecting with fellow clinicians, then dive into two final workshop blocks filled with practical, clinically relevant content.

Take time for lunch on your own along the Virginia Beach oceanfront strip before returning for a meaningful closing session designed to help you integrate what you’ve learned and leave feeling refreshed and connected.

Attendees may also schedule a professional beach headshot for a small additional fee as a perfect way to capture the experience.
